Aritzia is a specialty retailer of women’s clothing, footwear, and accessories, operating through a network of over 250 stores in Canada and the United States. Aritzia provides a broad assortment of quality apparel and accessories for women and girls including casualwear, sportswear, activewear, lingerie, intimates, beauty, swimwear, and outerwear.
The company offers its products through a combination of brick-and-mortar and online retail stores. Founded in 2006 by entrepreneurs Mark and Lorne Sherman, Aritzia has since become a Canadian success story, growing rapidly to be one of Canada’s largest retailers of women’s fashion apparel. In 2015, the company was acquired by private equity firm CPPIB, becoming part of a newly formed subsidiary of the CPPIB called Groupe Parc-Supérieur Inc. (“GPSI”).
Sales of Aritzia are reported as $250 million for the fiscal year 2017. As of February 2018, Aritzia had over 250 locations across Canada and the United States. Aritzia is an active investor in the fashion industry. The company owns approximately 40% of the Canadian fashion retailer Missoni, which has been named one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Aritzia also holds equity stakes in other fashion brands such as La Femme, Le Chateau, and The Outnet, which operate stores under the Aritzia banner.

Returns are free within the US when signed into your Aritzia account.

Holiday Gift Policy
We will be able to refund regular-priced items purchased as gifts until January 8. There will be Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Final sales include sale items discounted by more than 50%. If you want to exchange other sale items for merchandise or credit, you must do so before January 8.
It is not permissible to wash, wear, or damaged merchandise. Attaching all original tags is necessary. Layaways, intimates, bodysuits, hosiery, and face masks are included in the final sale. Unless required by law, Aritzia gift cards can not be redeemed for cash or refunds.
The same form will be used to make the refunds. If you send your item back to the distribution center, you will be eligible for a refund. If you return your item in-store, we can process an exchange or issue a credit.
How to complete your return:
RETURN TO STORE:
Visit your nearest boutique and we will take care of it for you. On November 25 there will be no in-store returns or exchanges.

Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
If you make your purchases online, you can return them to the store. If you want to exchange online purchases, you can either do it in-store or mail back your online return and place a new order. For more information about how to mail back an online return, please see How to Mail Back an Online Return.
Only online can you return swim tops, bottoms, and one piece of accessories.
Regular Priced Merchandise
RETURNS:
Within 14 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card, you can get a full refund. After 30 days, we won’t accept returns.
It may take us a bit longer than usual to issue your refunds as we take extra precautions to keep our people safe. During this time, we want to thank you for your patience.
EXCHANGE:
It is possible to exchange online purchases at a store. We’re not able to offer online exchanges.
Sale Merchandise
RETURNS:
If you return a sale item with a discount of less than 50%, you can get merchandise credit on an eGift Card. There are no refunds to the original form of payment for discounted items.
Final sale items are those marked with a discount of 50% or more.
EXCHANGE:
In-store, and online purchases can be swapped. We don’t offer online exchanges.
In-Store Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange your purchases at the store only.
Regular Priced Merchandise
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment at any boutique in the country that you bought it from. Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or get a merchandise credit at any boutique in the same country where you purchased it.
Sale Merchandise
The sale and discounted items in the store are final.
Return & Exchange Conditions
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt.
- Swimwear liner must be attached.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
- Intimates
- Bodysuits
- Hosiery
- Face Masks
- The Super Puff™ Personalized
Gift Cards
Unless required by law, gift cards can not be redeemed for cash or refunds. If you return an item with a gift card, you will get a merchandise credit back onto the card.
PayPal
When you mail your orders back to us, they will not be eligible for a refunds to your account. We’ll exchange or give you merchandise credit if you return items that were purchased via PayPal.
Afterpay
ONLINE RETURNS:
When you mail them back to us, they will only be eligible for a refund to your Afterpay account.
IN-STORE RETURNS:
If you return items purchased on aritzia.com via Afterpay in-store, we will refund your credit card, exchange or issue you merchandise credit, in accordance with our Online Purchase Return and Exchange Policy. It is possible that subsequent installments to Afterpay may be required. The Afterpay FAQ gives more information about Afterpay.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
If you were a guest, a return postage fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refunds. The postage fee will not be deducted if you checked out while in Aritzia.
Follow the steps below to complete online returns for online purchases.
- Click on your order to view your order details after you sign into your account. If you were a guest, you should fill out the Order Tracking Form.
- You can fill out the return request form from your order detail page.
- Click on ‘process return’ to review your return details.
- Your original order contains a return label. Follow the instructions on the Return Confirmation page to pack and ship your return. For hours of operation and accessible locations, please reference the appropriate carrier website. You need to have your package postmarked and sent off within 30 days of your email.
- Contact Aritzia Concierge with your return number, address and phone number to get a new return label.
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we’ll e-mail you and let you know.
RETURNING MULTIPLE ITEMS FROM SINGLE ORDER:
If you are returning multiple items, be sure to include all of them in one box and use one return label. The return label has to match the order of the items you’re returning.

Order Cancellation
If you hit the button before you’re ready, you’ll get the order. We will do everything we can to assist. If you want to cancel it during Aritzia Concierge hours, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click submit to call us or live chat with us at 1-855-ARITZIA (274-8942) or by live chatting with us.
